The TexFinns

Dallas/Fort Worth Finnish-American Society, also know as The TexFinns, is a social and cultural organization which strives to bring together persons of Finnish origin or persons interested in Finland in order to maintain and further the knowledge of Finnish cultural traditions, keep abreast of events in Finland, and provide an opportunity to speak or learn Finnish in the DFW area.

The TexFinns are proud to serve as the DFW chapter for Finlandia Foundation National.

Our Meeting Place and Time

The TexFinns meet monthly on the third Sunday of the month from September to May. The TexFinns hold no meetings from June to August. Most meeting are from 3 PM to 5 PM at the Wooden Spoon in Plano, Texas. The Wooden Spoon is located at 1617 K. Avenue, Plano, Texas 75074
